When
Kevin Federline started to look like he should be on bumpwatch, he knew it was time to lose weight. "I looked pregnant," he told
Entertainment Tonight. "When I see pictures like that and people are calling me K-Fat, I had to do something about it. At my biggest, I was over 240."
Kevin was a hard-training backup dancer for major pop acts like
Pink when he met
Britney Spears in 2004. But once he made the career transition into being a kept ex-husband, he had less motivation to keep it together.

Jayden James, 3, seriously instead of spending her nights changing outfits with waitresses at Hollywood nightclubs. "I went through a lot of things and I definitely say that those things contributed to my weight gaining for sure," he says.
Now he's lost some of the weight on
Celebrity Fit Club, alongside such other fat exes as
Bobby Brown and Kev's ex
Shar Jackson. He's also getting dragged away from the lazy lifestyle by his kids, including his kids with Shar, seven-year-old daughter Kori and five-year-old son Kaleb.
"It was easier to eat more when they were younger because they weren't as active," he says. "Now all of them want to play sports, hit the T-ball and run around the backyard and ride bikes."
