Mel Gibson Is Broke, Nice

In a fifth tape of Mel Gibson abuse, he talks (or screams, and pants) about his dwindling fortunes. Plus: Oksana charges child abuse as their custody case is revisited.

Mel Gibson is nice. I misunderstood. In the fifth and please-let-it-be final tape posted on Radar the actor is taped telling
Oksana Grigorieva, mother of his nine-month-old baby Lucia, that he is "nice" to her before screaming, "B--ch, c--t, whore, gold digger! All true!"
He also says he's so broke that he's selling his boxed seats to the Lakers and his paintings. A life without paintings. Unimaginable. "I don't have any f--king money!" he says on a tape posted on Radar. "I have to support you and everybody else! I have to sell paintings. I have to sell my box at the Lakers game. I spent too much goddamn money on you! And my wife knows! It's you ... I spent more than 5 million dollars on you! Say thank you. Say thank you, NOW!"
Their custody case is back in court on Thursday with TMZ reporting that Oksana is asking to be immediately granted sole custody of their daughter. Radar says there are photos included in sealed evidence that show a bruise on the baby's chin. Oksana blames the injury on Mel.
Oksana is using the tapes to justify an immediate change to the custody order. But the case judge will have to rule on whether or not the tapes are admissible in court. Mel claims the tapes have been edited, which would discredit them as evidence. At this point, it's kind of too late. Those things are everywhere. "If you get raped by a pack of n----s it'll be all your fault" is like this summer's "Umbrella."
