PopEater quizzed her about her dream celebrity make-out partner, and she hurdled the Sexiest Man Alive list, and even the reigning super-vixens, and went straight for the blonde sweethearts.

Rachel isn't the only Canadian the ab-y Spice has a crush on. She contracted a dangerous case of Bieber Fever from her 11-year-old daughter Phoenix. She wound up hanging out with the 16-year-old
Justin Bieber at the Kids Choice Awards in March.
"He was super nice, so I kind of get it," Scary says. I appreciate that Scary will only go so far as to say she "kind of" gets it. I saw him on
